The Booking Process

Booking process - step 1

Step 1

Do you have a login:

Yes - login using your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Forgotten password?' link and you will receive details via email.

No - create an account.

Step 2

Click the 'Book A Session' link and choose a counsellor. When you view each counsellor's availability, you will also be able to see their profile.

Step 3

Use the calendar to firstly choose the day of your session, this will fill the list below of available times. Then select your timeslot.

Step 4

Click 'Book Session'. You will be directed to Westpac's Web Advantage payment gateway, which is a secure online payment processor.

 

Step 5

When your payment has been confirmed, you will receive an email with your session details. First time clients will also receive a questionnaire (this allows both the counsellor and the client to spend their time in the chat session dealing with the pertinent issues rather than just explaining the issues).
