Refund Policy
Please note: There are certain fee penalties for cancellations and rescheduling.
These penalties are –
- All cancellations will attract a $20 cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling can be arranged with no loss of booking fee or additional payment, except for lack of notice penalties shown below in item 3 and 4.
- Postpone or cancel less than two hours prior to session – 50% booking fee penalty.
- Postpone or cancel less than half an hour prior to session – 100% booking fee penalty.
