Refund Policy

Please note: There are certain fee penalties for cancellations and rescheduling. These penalties are –

1. All cancellations will attract a $20 cancellation fee.
2. Rescheduling can be arranged with no loss of booking fee or additional payment, except for lack of notice penalties shown below in item 3 and 4.
3. Postpone or cancel less than two hours prior to session – 50% booking fee penalty.
4. Postpone or cancel less than half an hour prior to session – 100% booking fee penalty.
